Training

From awareness to behavioral change. Tiered delivery for every level of the organization.

Sherpa Humaneering Group delivers cognitive verification training designed to produce measurable behavioral change, not just knowledge transfer. The training is tiered so that every level of the organization, from the newest hire to the executive suite, operates from the same understanding of what cognitive verification is and why it matters.

The Crucible

The core course. Eight hours of instructor-led intervention (4 hours classroom + 4 hours applied field coaching) that transforms supervisors from Tell-Watch-Yell to Ask-Listen-Coach. Designed for supervisors, foremen, lead hands, safety professionals, frontline workers, and operations managers. 8 to 40 participants per session. Participants report behavioral change within 24 hours. CEU accreditation through Alliance Safety Council is pending.

Leadership Workshop (The Spark)

A 2-hour compressed executive and management awareness session. Designed for site leaders, operations directors, HSE directors, and C-suite executives who need to understand the method, support its deployment, and ask the right questions during site visits. The Spark creates organizational alignment so that leadership and frontline workers operate from the same understanding.

Proof of Concept Pilot

A structured trial engagement for organizations that want to evaluate the method before committing to a full deployment. The pilot includes a baseline assessment, a Crucible session for a defined group, CVQF measurement setup, and a defined evaluation period with clear success criteria.

Employer Funding (SBET/IWTP)

Louisiana employers may qualify for state-funded training through the Small Business Employee Training (SBET) program or the Incumbent Worker Training Program (IWTP). These programs can cover 50% to 100% of training costs. We help you determine eligibility and navigate the application process.
